On today’s DolphinsTalk.com Podcast Mike is flying solo and has a bit of a rant against former Ravens and Jets Linebacker Bart Scott for his comments Thursday morning regarding Tua and his concussion history. Mike thinks ESPN, ESPN Radio, and SNY (all three of Bart's employers) should take action against Bart, and if Bart Scott was "canceled" over this it wouldn't be the worst thing in the world. The rhetoric and language around Tua has gone too far, and mocking and laughing about serious head trauma shouldn't be allowed on national airways. Is the NFL embarrassed over comments like this? And why were Damien Woody and Tim Hasselbeck laughing at these comments? You would think former players who know the risks and danger NFL players put themselves through wouldn't find concussions and players being forced to retire over them funny. Mike shares his thoughts on the matter and doesn't pull any punches. All of this and more on this episode of the DolphinsTalk.com Podcast.

On today’s DolphinsTalk.com Post Game Wrap-Up Show, Mike and Tom break down the Dolphins’ 30-15 victory over the Houston Texans. In the first half, Miami dominated in every which way in all three phases of the game. In the second half, though Miami had issues as they didn't score a point after halftime, the defense let Houston go up and down the field at will, and the decision-making and clock management by Mike McDaniel was questionable. Terron Armstead went down in this game and his status moving forward is questionable. Austin Jackson returned this week to the starting lineup but he suffered another ankle injury. We give out our game balls and talk about all of the highlights from the game and look forward to Miami's next game at San Francisco. All of this and more on today’s DolphinsTalk.com Post-Game Wrap-Up Show.

He talks about how this Miami Dolphins offense right now looks like the best offense in the entire NFL and how opponents have tried everything to slow it down and few have had any success. Mike compares this 2022 Dolphins offense to the St. Louis Rams "Greatest Show on Turf" and how in this modern era a great offense can carry a team far in the playoffs and to a Super Bowl. On today’s DolphinsTalk.com Post Game Wrap-Up Show, Mike and Tom break down the Dolphins’ 39-17 blowout win over the Cleveland Browns. Tua and the offense kept rolling this week and had another big day. The running game came alive as Jeff Wilson and Raheem Mostert combined for almost 200 yards rushing. Mike and Tom talk about what that means and how this new aspect changes a lot moving forward if Miami can run the ball with consistency. The Dolphins' pass rush also played much better this week, but Miami did lose Emmanuel Ogbah for the season, the guys talk about what his loss means going forward. And, with the Bills' loss, the Dolphins are back in first place of the AFC East as the guys look around the league and how Miami falls in the landscape at this moment. Well, well, well...the Miami Dolphins finally put a complete game together and whooped up on Jacoby Brissett and the Cleveland Browns 39-17 behind 195 rushing yards, mostly from Raheem Mostert and Jeff Wilson Jr. Tua Tagovailoa added 285 yards passing and three touchdowns to lead another dominant offensive effort. The defense helped as well, largely shutting down the Browns' offense. Then, later in the day, the Dolphins received an assist from the Minnesota Vikings, who defeated the Buffalo Bills 33-30 to ensure the Dolphins head into their bye week in sole possession of first place in the AFC East.
It's not all good news, as Emmanuel Ogbah suffered a season-ending triceps injury and Jason Sanders continues to miss easy kicks.
Josh and Aaron discuss it all on a celebratory episode of THE SAME OLD DOLPHINS SHOW at DolphinsTalk.com!
