Miami Dolphins CRUISE TO VICTORY Over the Patriots! Crucial Matchup at Green Bay Awaits!

The Miami Dolphins CRUISED to victory over the New England Patriots on Sunday. It was the first time all season and perhaps since last November that things felt "easy" for the Dolphins, leaping out to a 31-0 lead early in the third quarter. From there, it felt like the Dolphins went into cruise control mode and things got a little sloppy on both side of the ball, but the Dolphins did what they needed to go and finished off a 34-15 win.
The Dolphins now find themselves on a three-game winning streak with a 5-6 record heading into an absolutely crucial Thanksgiving Night matchup in Green Bay against the Packers. A win at Lambeau would bring the Dolphins back to .500 and, more importantly, be a statement that these are NOT actually just the Same Old Dolphins, but a team that could actually threaten to make a serious run at not just making the playoffs, but even possibly be a force to reckon with if they can make it there.

Dolphins Need to Sweep the Patrios

It seems like it was in another lifetime when the Dolphins defeated the Patriots in Foxboro with Snoop Huntley leading the offense against Jacoby Brissett. Since then, the Dolphins have gotten Tua Tagovailoa back and their offense is rounding into form. The team is threatening to become a player in the race for the AFC playoffs. Meanwhile, the Patriots have moved on from Brissett and allowed their rookie QB Drake Maye to take the helm of the offense. Maye looks promising, but still has some maturing to do.

Dolphins Take Care of Business and the Raiders

The Miami Dolphins' offense was practically unstoppable as the Dolphins defeated the Las Vegas Raiders 34-19 on Sunday. Scoring on ever possession (except the very end of the first half), the team's offensive evolution took center stage. Not only did they take what the Raiders gave them, but Tua Tagovailoa was able to scramble and create plays off-schedule, a pair of characteristics that have been missing. Jonnu Smith had a career day. De'Von Achane continued to do De'Von Achane things. Odell Beckham, Jr. is getting more involved. Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle remain a very dangerous receiving duo. The offense is really firing on all cylinders.
On the defensive side of the ball, Calais Campbell and Zach Sieler remain wrecking balls, with Chop Robinson coming on strong as well. Unfortunately, Raiders' tight end Brock Bowers was basically unstoppable, so it's not all wine and roses for the Dolphins.

Dolphins Need to DESTROY the Raiders!

After defeating the Rams on Monday Night Football, the Dolphins return home this week to take on the lowly Las Vegas Raiders, who come into the game on a five game losing streak, making them the coldest team in the NFL.
Internally, Dolphins players and staff seem to believe that the return of Tua Tagovailoa has has a positive impact and that it is not beyond them to make a run at the playoffs, despite their 3-6 record. If that is really the case, it would seem that an absolute beatdown on the level of what the Dolphins were doing to subpar teams at the start of the 2023 season is in order.
